REFUND POLICY

At Fluffy, we want you to love everything you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at sofluffed@gmail.com. Simply send us a photo or short video showing the issue and we'll offer you either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A free replacement sent to you

You do not need to return the item.

EU Customers In line with EU consumer rights, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Please contact us to arrange this.

What We're Unable to Cover We're unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind or accidental orders (please double-check before purchasing!)
  • Incorrect size or colour selected at checkout
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.
