We offer free 7- 10 shipping on all orders for our UK based customers.

Orders once recieved will be processed 2-3 days.
Once we have recieved your order and has been processed we will send you a confirmation email that your order has been shipped and any information (tracking number).

(Fluffy) is not responsible for any custom and taxes applied to your orde. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer ( taxes, tarrifs)

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED.
We try our very best to get your order to you, but If your delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a new estimate date for your delivery.
LOST OR DAMAGES
(Fluffy) is not liable for any products that are list or damaged during shipping if you do recieve your order damaged please contact the shipment carrier for help.
